TOOZE, Justice. This is an action of assumpsit brought by plaintiffs David M. Weiss and Ed Hamilton against defendant Eva B. Gumbert, individually and as executrix of the estate of Milton L. Gumbert, deceased, to recover the sum of $10,000. The case was tried to the court without a jury. Findings of fact, conclusions of law, and judgment were entered in favor of defendant. Plaintiffs appeal.
