Plaintiff Alfred Inselberg appeals an order granting a motion to quash service of summons for lack of jurisdiction on defendants Edgar and Rachel Inselberg, residents of Michigan, who appeared specially to contest jurisdiction over them in an action "for enticement of a child from her parent, return of overcharges in support payments,. .. payment of monies being withheld from plaintiff in breach of trust, agreement and fiduciary obligations and. .. legal and equitable relief to avoid unjust enrichment."
